How long do I keep access to a course?
You receive ongoing access for as long as the course is offered. If we retire a course, we provide 90 days’ notice and downloadable notes where possible.
What materials do I need?
Each course lists yarn weights, fiber recommendations, and needle sizes. We encourage using what you have first; make a gauge swatch before buying more.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes. If a course truly isn’t a fit, contact us within 14 days of purchase and before completing more than 20% of the lessons for a full refund.
Can beginners really start here?
Absolutely. Our Beginner Path starts with holding yarn and needles comfortably, then moves to knit/purl, garter, and simple shaping.
How are classes delivered?
Video lessons with transcripts, printable checklists, and practice patterns. Weekly office hours offer optional live Q&A.
Do you grade assignments?
We provide constructive feedback on posted swatches and projects. You can submit photos and notes through your dashboard.
What’s included in the certificate?
A course summary, skill checklist, and project highlights suitable for your maker portfolio or shop page.
How do scholarships work?
